Every piece in the store is hand-picked by our owner, Tayler Cooper. She truly feels like the store is a reflection of the style she loves & knows will make you feel your best.

About the Owners

Welcome to DawnTayler Boutique! I have always gravitated towards bold, show-stopping pieces since I was a kid. My grandmother, Jessie influenced my style at such a young age and it has stuck with me all of these years. I have her to thank for the hundreds of shopping sprees and try-on sessions as a kid. I can honestly say it was something I never grew tired of. Now that I'm much older I realize how much love and effort she put in to teaching us about ourselves, our individual style and who we are through these acts.

I can't say every outfit I've worn has been a hit - from following the emo/scene trends in highschool, the overly-preppy look in middle school, and the cowgirl/tomboy look in elementary school.. I've definitely had my share of cringe-worthy looks that you wouldn't believe it was me! But, if I wouldn't have gone through those phases I wouldn't be who I am today. I often wonder how I won "Best-Dressed" in highschool with all of the crazy things I wore.. haha

All of these things have greatly influenced my store and style, and I really hope it shines through. I often say we are a "Midwestern Boutique" because I truly feel like what we have to offer has a Midwestern twist on it whether it's a boho-chic, edgy or contemporary piece.

But, a little-bit more about me.. my name is Tayler Cooper, and I live near St. Louis, Missouri in a small town called Troy. My husband was born and raised here, and even though we met in Springfield, Missouri (where I was born and raised) we felt like our heart was here in this little town so we relocated after becoming engaged and purchased our first home! Shortly after that we got married.

I am the wife of a car-guy/engineer to put it simply, and I wouldn't have it any other way. His intelligence and analytical/mechanical mind helps me in more ways than I can explain.. even when it comes to the boutique. I can't tell you how many times he has helped me figure something technical out, built me something for my store, offered advice, stayed up late working with me... or the fact he takes all of my packages to the post office EVERY DAY. Having an incredibly supportive husband that is so involved has helped me flourish in so many ways. I probably wouldn't have had the courage to start my store in the first place if it were not for him! Many people think I solely own the business, but my husband is very much invested in it as well.

We're now taking this amazing venture together in life, business and love. It's amazing to watch the store grow together.

It means SO much to be supported by such amazing customers. Without all of you this dream would not be possible. I get excited every time someone tags us in a picture wearing our items or clothes. It's just one of those reoccuring things that never gets old, and for that we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
